Onboard Rules

For a pleasant experience on our vehicles, please respect other passengers and follow the instructions of the onboard staff. Settle in, and let us take care of the rest!

Ticket Please!

For a surprise-free journey, do not forget to carry a valid ticket.

You have several options to purchase it: directly from our website, using our app, at our ticket offices, or through authorized sales points.

To avoid fines, it’s crucial to board the bus with a valid ticket for the selected route. Don’t forget to validate it using the appropriate validator on the vehicle and show it to the driver or inspector upon request.

Keep your ticket intact throughout the journey, free from cancellations or corrections, to present during onboard checks.

Children

We offer a special option for parents traveling with children. If your child is up to one meter tall, they can travel for free with you on our buses throughout the region. In the Municipality of Rome, this concession extends to children up to 10 years old. However, for safety reasons, please fold the stroller before boarding the bus. This helps us ensure a comfortable and safe journey for all passengers.

Luggage Transport

It is allowed to bring one piece of luggage, a trolley, or a package onboard for free, provided it does not exceed 50x30x25 cm. You can conveniently place it under the seat during the journey.

If your luggage exceeds the specified dimensions of 50x30x25 cm, it will only be accepted in the luggage compartment of the bus. Keep in mind that this option is available only for journeys from terminal to terminal and only for one piece of luggage per person. Any additional luggage will require the purchase of an extra ticket.

Remember, packages or luggage with sharp edges, flammable, or fragile materials are not allowed.

Animals

Planning to travel and bring your pet with you? Here’s what you need to know:

– Guide dogs for the visually impaired: Guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed on board without any size restrictions, provided they are muzzled. They are considered an exception and are welcome to provide assistance to visually impaired passengers during the journey.

– Small or medium-sized animals: You can bring small or medium-sized dogs and cats, but an extra ticket for your pet is required. This option allows you to travel with your animal by your side during the journey.

However, for safety reasons and to ensure the comfort of all passengers, large animals are not allowed on our buses.

If you decide to travel with your pet, please respect the established rules and ensure that your animal is controlled in a way that does not cause inconvenience to other passengers.

We hope these options provide the necessary flexibility for you to travel comfortably with your pet.
