Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Accessible Journey
Cotral provides assistance services for all passengers who request it. You simply need to fill out the online form provided below. To arrange a service tailored to specific needs, we require at least 3 days’ notice before the travel date. The assistance service is specifically designed for passengers with:
– Motor Disabilities: Please specify if the person can walk independently or uses aids like a manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair, cane/crutch, etc.
– Visual Disabilities: Please specify if the person travels accompanied or independently using aids such as a white cane or guide dog.
– Hearing Disabilities: Please indicate if the person has a hearing disability.
– Cognitive Disabilities: Please specify if the person travels accompanied or independently.
