For online purchases, at the end of the electronic card recharge process, simply fill out the form that opens to request an invoice. Make sure to provide all the necessary details in the form to ensure correct invoice issuance.

For purchases made at one of our company ticket offices, you must request an invoice by sending a certified email (PEC) to the specified address. You can use your certified email account to send the request containing all the information necessary for issuing the invoice.

Ensure that you follow the instructions provided correctly and send the invoice request through the appropriate channel to ensure proper management of your request.

The request for an invoice must be made at the time of purchase of the travel pass and can only be made through our direct channels, such as company ticket offices and online sales.

The 2018 Budget Law introduced a 19% IRPEF deduction for expenses incurred for the purchase of subscriptions to local, regional, and interregional public transport services, with an annual maximum limit of 250 euros. This tax benefit applies both to expenses personally incurred by the taxpayer for the purchase of a public transport subscription and to expenses incurred on behalf of financially dependent family members.

To take advantage of the tax deduction, it is not necessary to request an invoice, but it is sufficient to keep the original travel pass if it is in paper format or the recharge receipt in the case of an electronic card.

For individuals, it is possible to request an invoice only at the time of purchase, using our direct channels such as company ticket offices and online sales. Businesses that purchase large quantities of travel passes to distribute later must issue an invoice to Cotral Spa for the commission recognized on the sale. This transaction is subject to the payment of 22% VAT in a split payment regime.
