For procurement procedures, Cotral uses the e-procurement platform managed by the Regional Purchasing Center (as per Article 3, paragraph 4-bis, of Regional Law 12/2016 and subsequent amendments).

Interested economic operators must be registered on the S.Tel.LA. platform (Telematic Procurement System of the Lazio Region).

Registered economic operators can further qualify for the Electronic Market by selecting the relevant call for tenders and product categories of interest and/or register in the Public Works Register of the Lazio Region, used for contract awards for works below the European relevance thresholds as specified in Article 14 of the Procurement Code.
